Hi!

I am from Russia and ask for help with Alfa Romeo 147 selespeed

I want to convert selespeed gearbox to manual gerbox

My mechanic put all the mechanical parts for the manual transmission, but the engine only works up to 4000 rpm.

We tried to put the ecu car with a manual gearbox, but there were problems with immo

Can I reflash or edit the ecu engine that would it work properly ?? How to do it?

ecu is bosch me 7.3.1 0 206 208 610

Sorry for the language I use Google translator)

Thank U!

I think you got the number wrong.

0 261 208 610 is for Alfa Romeo 147 Selespeed, around 2004. Could that be you number?

Try the attached file. Its for a Alfa 147 ME 7.3.1 with manual gearbox. File is supposed to be "immo off", but I haven't verified that.

DimDim, can you check if there is an option in the ECU parameters, through the Alfa diagnostic tools to code the ECU for the existence of a manual gearbox?
Some firmware versions can accept both manual and automatic gearboxes, depending on how you code the engine ECU. Usually if it is not correctly coded it will not run properly.
