M3.8.3 flash with NefMoto??

Hey guys... can i flash a M3.8.3 of an AGU in a GolfIV of `98 with the NefMoto-Flashersoftware??
Or is it possible with KessV2?? Is the M3.8.3 a 29F200 or 29F400??
I need some Informations please...

The only commercial tools that support it are MPPS and FRC SPI as far as I know.

Yes you can desolder the chip also, it just a normal PSOP44.
Or if you use either of the flash tools in the above post you can write from OBD (but not read)

But i have no mpps... my mpps v16 which i sold 2 weeks ago, had only me7.xx in menĂ¼... it will programm via me7. Or what?? Then it dont do kess?? This is what i dont understand... has anyone try it??
