Extract PIN/SKC from EDC16U34 ECU
« on: May 12, 2015, 11:29:12 AM »
Hello! I'm a complete noob and need help!
I have a VW Passat 1.9 TDI from 2007. My cluster in not working and i need to swap it!
I have a real Ross-tech Hex-can usb cable set up with VCP drivers.
Can anyone tell me what kind of software i must be using and how to find the pin from the dumpfile.
This car has IMMO3 if im not wrong. Do i need a 7-digit SKC to swap the cluster?
Thank's a lot!!!!
Best regards

You cant extract with VCDS a pin code , nor with the vag-commander .
You need more proffesional tools like AVDI for example
