Thanks for that, makes it clear it is torque intervention. From my current knowledge it would seem kfzwop is the issue being on e85, but Ill do some more reading as I see other variables can cause this . Thanks a lot for all of your input guys, its appreciated. !

The only way to transfer the torque variables to another file/ecu is to use ida, right?

Yep, one thing at a time.

1) get a normal tune running w/o interventions with a normal KFMIOP/2 and a conservative KFZW/2

2) slowly bring KFZW/2 up to IOP/2 until you see knock (if any). If you see knock, you're done. NEVER exceed IOP/2 in KFZW/2

3) slowly bring up IOP/2 and KFZW/2 in tandem until you lose power (assuming NO knock) on a dyno.

If you don't have a dyno, don't fuck with IOP/2, imo

I have not seen your file but according to your logs here i belive you are having some strange kfzw requests.
Your timing curve is just not OK. Having 4.5 deg at 3750 rpm and ramping it up too 19 deg by 5200rpm. God knows what you are requesting at Redline??? That will just not happen.
Leave as other suggested KFZWOP/2 stock and bring down your  KFZW/2 after 3500rpm. Dont rump it that quickly with rpms.
