I have taken my car to a well qualified mechanic and got everything all sealed up, and I adjusted my tune to get rid of the deviation code I was getting at the moment in order to be able to make a full pass an see whats going on.  I have read about PID's a bunch and it seems the more I read the confused I get.

I am still not able to get requested to meet actual ever. Even though my boost gauge was reading 21psi my ecu says differently for some reason. I have tried adjusting KFLDIMX  different ways and even used a friends kfldimx with everything the same hardware wise and still no go.

So I tried going back to a stock DIMX and took a log.  Can you tell me what you see?  Yes, actual does not meet requested.  That is what I am trying to accomplish.

Also, looks like I am riding the I-Limit at 95 correct? (what does that mean) and from the s4wiki, I also logged ldmixa 0-5 and I have "0" all the way down. Does this mean that that is all good or not? All it mentions is if you have very large numbers then you have a problem.

I really appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks.      LOG STARTS AT LINE 155 !

That isn't a PID problem, LOL.

95% DC and 18PSI and your mechanic says the car is fine?

Find another mechanic.

ok, I can guarantee no leaks so what do you think about wastegate preload?

Disconnect wg line and see what it does. CAREFULLY.

Messing with preload should not be necessary... you'll just hide other problems and kill the dynamic range of the WG.
