8E0909559E - CDKAT and CWDLSAHK disabled, P0421 persists?

8E0909559E - I've zero'd CDKAT and CWDLSAHK, readiness shows n/a for cat, but basic settings 046 is still available, and cat test runs (and fails) during normal drive. Any ideas? The car has cats and rear o2s still, just 250k mile cats.
