Hello all, I want to know how to remove some DTC´s after doing an engine swap.

The ECU is a 06A 906 032 KP and the DTC´s that shows are:

P1636 - missing message from airbag
P1649 - missing message from ABS
P1523 - Crash signal airbag
P1650 - Message from instrument cluster
P0685 - ECM power relay

BTW the engine ECU has immo defeat so thats why the P1650 appears.

Thx!

I would like to know this info as well. I'm having trouble understanding exactly what needs to be done to remove these codes. I did look through that thread...I'm going to try and visit it again mentally.

No worries, took me a while to get it too. I looked at the example that Tony gave, opened up his bin file and tried to re-create what he did. I compared it to my own file and I found it. I believe, (take that with a grain of salt Wink because I'm still new too!) they are as follows for your bin:
DTC Error Code Class Table (8 bit table):10794
DTC Manufacturer P-codes (16 bits values):1332C
DTC Manufacturer P-codes (16 bits values):137B4

Just FYI, when I pulled up your bin.file, it was 58% like that of the Audi A3 definition file that was posted by ArgDub so it may help you:

Let me know if you need help. I think Tony has done an awesome job, but when your on his level, and he explains something to us car guys about programming/computers, sometimes we're like? WTF?Huh I have to read it a couple times, and try to do what he did. Most of the time I'll compare his S4 bin.file to my A4 and view them in 2D in WinOls. Two different cars, but the programming is the same in alot of areas, he just gets more hp, and I get more mpg....for now!!
