Still learning but need some help today.
Ill have to bootmode first attempt went wrong.

There is a way to delete the immo via the flash (the file you posted), but I haven't seen the method posted yet anywhere. The other way is by modifying the contents of the other unique ic on the board, the 95040 (e2p). Post that up.

If you flash a 2001 s4 file 551m (manual) or 551l (auto) the flash ignores immo from EEPROM because it's a factory no immo file. See the s4 wiki for proper coding.

I tried that and it with mpps and  locked the ecu??? Ill bootmode it and try again...

Flashing an m-box will remove the immo. Alternatively, read the eeprom using argdub's tool, flip the immo bits and checksum, write it back in bootmode.
