Damn im missing tonights big car meet Sad

My TT is standing still Sad    Sad Sad Sad Undecided Undecided Cry Cry

I can read and flash my broken ECU from the TT (BUB engine).. But the ECU from R32 (BUB engine) is a diffrent story.. The ECUs have the same circuit board with the same ST chip on them.. I managed to solder and burn my immo from my TT to my R32 ECU. I can start my car with the R32 ECU but it dies after 1 sec. This is due to my 1000cc injectors. I need to get the Whole flash from my TT ECU to my R32 ECU. But cant get it into boot mode. I dont have any good instructions.. Everybody says diffrent things.-

Any good instructions or pics are verrrrry apriciated..

Just an FYI I have found if you don't have a 1K resistor you can just use a thin jumper wire. It accomplishes the same thing. Has worked for me on a 2.5 ecu

I feel like i'm missing a ton of info. Boot mode on a r32 ecu is simple but you seem to have figured that out, now what is going on?

might want to post the file your read sounds like thats the st10 mcu file. not flash.
not really sure what youre doing. boot read on this ecu is same as others once ecu enters boot mode successfully.

When in boot mode I only got out a 830kb file from the ST10 chip.

I managed to Read out my TT ecu in boot mode and flash my R32 ECU with the TT ECU file. But then you also need 1024kb flash.

So after bootmode flash, I also made an OBDII flash with my KESS tool and now the ECUs are identical. Took it for a drive today. I think everything is running smoth.
