There's a pretty serious mechanical issue going on here. Either a boost or vacuum leak, or you are running lean from an issue with the fuel system, perhaps a blocked exhaust. Those are just guesses.
You may want to consider tackling this issue with a stock tune, rather than running a stage 2. Your engine won't survive many more pulls like this.
Edit: Nyet, wouldn't lamsbg_w reflect intervention from ATR if he was dumping fuel? I see the egts are sky high, but I would expect lamsbg_w to reflect this with a richer request.

I have suspected one of my turbos may not be boosting consistently, but I have no smoking or dentist drill noise. It may be worth noting I'm also running piggies.

Also no rear mufflers. No fault codes and here's fuel trims from Torque app.

Yea, this is bothering me too, which leaves me to believe it's a gigantic boost leak at high pressures, causing both the rich conditions and the crazy egts.

likely not relevant. Have you done a boost leak test? Pressurize intake (block off pcv) and listen for air leaks.

I have leak tested the left and right sides independently, also blocked off pcv on the back of the intake and it made no difference on the test drive. But I have not leak tested by forcing air into the throttle body.

That looks fine fuel wise. You still have crazy overshoot (PID not good) and some EGT/ATR and KR enrich activity.
the MAIN problem is your timing. Very very bad.
Where did the wideband output go or was there never any?

There never was any :-) I figured since I was following the thread, the checks and balances would have worked in my favor.

Maybe you got a batch of very very bad gasoline. I can't think of any other reason.

After trying different things here and there on my engine I found some holes on the intake y-pipe from where I had ground the tabs off. I sourced a used one today and swap them out, that seems to have fixed my issue! Eventually I'll post some logs with the same stage 2 tune for scrutiny and education.
