When using this software on bench flash ecu anyway getting round the immo to use nefmoto software?? Connects just can,t read/ write to the ecu immo stopping it

i was flashing two differet cars yesterday that had immo and they work fine.

He's flashing on the bench...IMMO must be bypassed or validated for flash write security access.

I can flash complete file via galletto ( boot mode) but using the nefmoto software to read validate etc requires immo defeat any way to defeat this then Huh

so any way of defeating to IMMO with galletto??
or will i need to set up cluster and key  set up adapted to ecu to work like this

you don't defeat the immo with galletto...you flash it in boot mode so it no longer requires it to be disabled.

MPPS can flash without Immo being authenticated.  It tries, says immo not ready, then asks you for a power cycle.  Once you've done that, it reads no problem!

I can flash with galletto no probs in boot mode but using nefmoto software where I have the problem will have a play and try what's been posted above

tried nefmoto software on bench in boot mode no good just getting
Starting slow init connection.
Connecting to address 0x01.
Slow init failed.

Nefmoto doesn't support boot mode... you will need another cable and software to do that.

You should really do some more reading before trying to flash an ECU.  It's clear you have little knowledge about anything going on here.  And that is how you mess things up.

i'm just trying to learn hence why its just ecu on bench not in a car etc etc (learn for mistakes and all that ) i know nefmoto don't support boot mode just asking if they was away round it on bench. got to start somewhere, anyways thanks for peoples help

there is a way around it.. and it's been said here already....

you can flash it on the bench with Galletto in boot mode.
