Hi,
i have an 2.0 TSI CAWB engine. At idle the engine feels "jerky" and not running "round".

I have replaced spark plugs and ignition coils because i was thinking about misfires. No luck.

I also have replaced the PCV/oil separator 06H103495AC but still no luck.

Any ideas what to do, log or whatever?

Thanks

Log missfires and check for any stores fault codes.

Recently had my TFSI injectors replaced because one of them was clogged and caused missfires - also at idle.

Hi,
No fault Codes stored.

I have checked with vcds and looked at channel 15 & 16 for cylinder 1, 2, 3 & 4:

Cylinder 4 shows me sometimes 1, 2 or 4 misfires but it always change back to 0.

What to do now? Something I can check also?

if you are unsure how to properly diagnose and fix a car, i would suggest taking your car to a qualified mechanic.

though, it is nice of you to assume we are all qualified enough internet mechanics to give you the answer to your problems.

As an aside, I'd make a "mechanical advice" subforum but it would just invite all sorts of silliness.

I have no idea how to make it clear that this forum is NOT for diagnosing mechanical issues, unless they are specifically related to tuning.

Then change the text:
If you need help diagnosing what is happening in your tune or car.

Sorry for asking a question...

You Mad bro?
Ok is the car even tuned? Like anything other than stock?
Did you make the changes to the ecu?
Why would you think this problem is a Tune problem did it just start occurring after you changed the tuning?
You seem upset because people on a tuning forum did not answer you, yet you asked a ? which seems to '
have nothing to do with what this forum is about.

In all fairness, it isn't clear if the diag subforum also covers mechanical issues.

i think clearly stating "this is what i did" and "this is what happened" would make that a nonissue. that way you are showing you are unsure if your problem is a software or hardware issue.
it would be assumed that everyone posting here has mostly the same goals and intentions in mind.

posting "shits broke, tell me how to fix it" i do not see being the proper procedure.

I'm really sorry if i did it wrong. I know it's not a "tune" problem. And no, the car has no tune on it. Maybe the vehicle tech subforum would be a better place than the diag subforum. BUT i don't really know why i got this rough answer from you k0mpresd... if you are not want to help then just don't reply to my post. It's really easy. Beaviz and nyet tried to help and even when they not want to post again it's ok for me. I try to fix my problem that's all.

a) this is a tuning forum.
b) im a bad person for telling you that if you are inadequate to diagnose and repair your broken car, to take it to a person that does exactly that, diagnose and repair broken cars?
c) there are LOADS of other forums dedicated specifically to mechanical issues.

You are not a bad person, just a person telling the truth when it is not welcomed.
