I am also looking for this binary, my ECU is flashed and i cant read it with the NefMoto flasher(awesome jobs btw).

But my ECU info says 8E0909518M 0001, would this file work anyway?

Here is info from the flasher:
Quote

Reading ECU identification option: calibrationEquipmentSoftwareNumber

And i got this from tying to valdiate the memory layout:

Ouch, i dont want to hear that lol. You tried on stock ones too?

I was reading if you are flashed with a non readable software, you can still flash over it with a new file. But how would i be able to do that if i cant valdiate the memory layout?

You DO NOT need to validate memory layout to flash. Its just something Tony added on to make sure you have selected the correct layout. If your file is 1MB, just select the 800 layout and you are good to go.
