I have ME7.5 ecu, that won't let me connect over obd (no VCDS, neither nefmoto/ArgDub obd mode),also car wont start (cranks , but no start). (In car, i can connect to airbags, cluster, abs and etc, but not ecu, also, other modules report DTC that there is no ecu connection).

Story started with chipped ecu, wanted to bring it to stock again, i removed chip with protection (gal16v8), soldered new am29f800bb directly onto board, flashed stock file over bootmode (galletto).
But ecu won't connect (sometimes, it let's to connect to ecu ONCE, but no more, drops connection)
(tried with 2x kkl cable and with hex-can cable)
(tried virgin eeprom, immo-off eeprom but without success.)

Ecu part number is : 06A906032DE
Ecu software number is : 1037360165
Ecu hardware number is : 0261206866

i attach flash end eeprom file, i'm trying to get this ecu to work.
(stock flash file found on here nefmoto)

I really hope, that somebody can help me out here...

i checked soldering 20+ times (took it off, placed other chip that was tuned, flashed it over obd with bootmode, but still, same symptoms, no connection over default OBD)

sometimes it connects, but only for 1 time , after ecu has been ~30min without power.

chip that was installed originally with gal16v8 :  mx29f800bmc-90

also, checked connections from flash to infineon chip, to me it seems that every pin has a connection to it.
voltage @ 29f800 4,99V , ecu power consumption: about 0,2A @ 13,0V .

checksums seem to be correct to me.

OBD on bench also doesn't work? Or you're already trying that?
