I want to start messing with my A8L's bin but I don't know how to make the xdf file. Is there a how to? or maybe a program? I want to also see if a manual tune from a 4D0 907 559G(file found on this site) would work on my ecu. I'm thinking about either making my A8L manual or using the engine for a swap into my B5 avant. I have 3 cars with which I want to make 1 or two out of; B5 Avant 2.8 TIP, C5 A6 2.7T 6MT, and a D2 A8L with a blown tranny. I do want to keep the A8L which is what makes this hard.

Any help is much appreciated.

I know Daz said my A6 4.2 (AWN) file crossed with a few A8 and S8 files, might check it out.

I just noticed that my ecu's bin didn't upload. It's attached to this reply. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

Did anyone ever figure this out? I had Daz lined up to tune my D2 but since he passed I can't find anyone that can do it. There was mention of another tuner that could do the similar missmash of tunes to make it work but I cannot find contact info for anyone anymore. Anyone have some leads?
