I cannot open the attachment ( using tapatalk )  but I guess you want to know this:

Terminal 31 - ground

Terminal 30 , 15 and s-contact - +12V

In your pinout there is no terminal 15 or scontact - the voltage that shows up afer turning the key

Maybe it starts by can bus?

i am almost sure that it needs a wake up signal from CAN BUS - you will need a gateway and who knows what more....

There is a Can Signal that needs to be sent out every 100ms to keep it awake.
It can be emulated....

Aha what kind of signal is that, is it a code string?... I have an Arduino where i can send what ever i want if that method works.

If you have a CAN bus analyzer util for your arduino, you can capture the message and see it yourself..

That message would come from the ECU right?  I could use my China Can tool to se what it gives med if i connect that tool to the ECU CAN high and Low.
