Things are looking up! Pressure tested the system up to 20 PSI. Found a couple of boost leaks, the vacuum line to the divertor valve(deleted the electric divertor) one of the intercooler pipes had a slight leak. Friend smoothed out some of the maps, car runs much better. It still stalls though.... I sure wish someone could help me get rid of this catalytic convertor warming cycle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just set CWKOMABG to zero, started up the car it was idling around 1200, it didn't go up to 2k like it normally does. I will do some further investigation tomorrow.
