Author Topic: I'm looking to get started retuning my 00 S4. What spare ECU can I use  (Read 5762 times)

to start with. I'm currently running an J box, 8D0 907 551 J. Its a tip. Can I get one of the more common boxes like a B or L and have it work? Can I use one of the ECU's for a manual like an A or M? I've come across everything but J so far in my search.

You can flash onto any 8D0907551. Run L box software as the M box is well defined and nearly identical.

What about a A6 2.7t ECU? I don't think they have that part #, a guy may have one in trade.
