I'm going to be installing 3-4 systems on 2.7t's this upcoming month. One will be stock (reflashed), 2 will be using Tial 605's (28 psi), and one with I think 770's. Looking for some real world system nozzle sizes (in cc if possible) for these different setups. We will be using Aquamist kits. The calculators I've seen suggest different numbers, so I figured I'd ask what people are using, and had success with. Thanks, guys.

Had hoped someone would have replied to this by now lol. I don't know much so hopefully this reply isn't going to be useless to you but I was under the impression you wanted about 10-20% water methanol injected of the overall injector flow in cc/min for all cylinders so. for mine i run 317cc injectors x 4 cylinders = 1268cc/min then 10% of that is obviously 126.8cc/min and 20% would be 253.6cc/min. I then selected a nozzle of 250cc/min @100 psi from devilsown.

I cant remember where I found that information but I'll do some digging when I'm home from work to try and find it. Sorry if that was totally useless lol,

PJ K04's - 530hp crank - dual 0.9mm
