Sure, you want someone to waste their time making you a patch and disregard their profitable workload for what $50 bucks? GTFOH, you have no clue how to tune it, you will need a custom .ECU file for variables that me7 logger does not generate are you going to find those yourself? My guess is not. It's not worth it, too much of hassle and it's not profitable. Sorry that hurts your feelings and you feel like you need to act out over it. Also, think whatever you want, no one cares. |

Generally speaking, I would agree: 99% of the time, there is no reason for removing the MAF. However, when you start reaching 600+ horsepower in 4 cylinders, a huge MAF housing is a pia for low air mass tuning. Also, fitting a large MAF housing and the piping becomes a nightmare and can make the engine bay look like spaghetti. |

I think we need an unscrambler to understand, or a tool to arrange the words. Why you`re telling us about ECUmaster in a ME7-dev based forum ?! Or would be better to do a group-buy for you for an EMU? |

On a B5 1.8T, depending on what kind of exhaust manifold you have, its almost impossible to fit a MAF properly while keeping the "rules" in place for a good reading.
It's why I converted to map sensor SD, works quite alright, and now ported it to ST10 VR6 and such.
The golf platform is no issue you got tons of space same with the 2.7T, but then you got the builds which require it.

On transversal engine skoda 1/golf4/audi a3 it is a lot of space like blazius said.
Only on longitudinal one is a big problem with big maf case.
