Hi mates,

I have some issues at my Seat 1.8T 20v BT , Deka 630cc, running WG pressure with internal WG, and that gives me headache.
At WOT i have a hard and strange intervention and i don.t know from where it comes.

When driving and pressing WOT, for one second, at arround 4000-4500rpm the engine jerks brutal... for one or two times.

My opinions:
1. That is not really a TQ Intervention because i run KFLDRAPP enabled (cwmdapp8).
2. Second time i thinked is the ign.advance, but i have signifiant lowered it to maximum 12-13deg and same trouble, also i see no retarding on logs.
3. Replaced spark plugs, coils, nothing changed.
4. For sure is my fault ...something wrong in software, i suspect KFDMARO maps(i maked them 99%) or .. dont know.
Thinked at IRL/IOP but one time when i get them wrong, ECU trowed me TQ Monitoring level2, but in this case i don.t have DTC's.

AFR is ok(Except the moment when car jerks), ign timing is ok .... but dont know what to do.

I atached the log (jerk between 3800-4200rpm area).

Someone can give me help or saying me if i need to log more variables...maybe will find the solution.

Please do not post Excel fies.

They cannot be parsed by ECUxPlot and are non portable.

Deviation from actual/current at 4680 - 5440.  Goes lean at 5200.  No mshfm.

Does it do it not MAFless?

going to guess misfires from ignition or fuel problems.

Definitely not tuning related.

Yes , is a mafless setup.

Le : I was found ECU Relay J249  was almost dead...a part of jerking has gone.. but not complete.

After that , i will try to correct FKKVS and upgrade Coils to TFSI ones.
