Hello.

I'm looking for a guaranteed matching flash and EEPROM for HN0002.

This has pickled me.  My car has always been a bit weird.  I can't code the cluster nor the ECU (correct VIN does not matter to me).  Logging in is fine, but when going to Channel 50, I get "System Not Okay".  No timeouts, key is okay.  I've manually paired the cluster and ECU using Turboats tool.

I'm currently running HN 0001 with no codes or issues.  Tuning is fine, logging is fine.  I wanted to swap to 0002 because I've got a fully defined .kp and Automan has created an IDA file for it - which I think would help me get started.

So tonight I flashed over my 0001 software with 0002.  Both 06A 906 032 HN.  Just different software revision.  Turn the key, no start.  Crank, crank, crank, but no fire. Can still comm with the ECU fine, flashed back to 0001.  Started fine.

I played with some EEPROMs I had for a while and eventually managed to find one that started the car.  Manually created a merge of EEPROM/cluster data to get the IMMO to handshake and car started.

Letting it warm up and it got lumpy.  Code for 16490/P0106/000262 - Manifold / Barometric Pressure Sensor (G71) / (F96): Implausible Signal.

Clearing results in immediate code return.  Odd.  Took it for a blast round the block and it's 100x more inductiony.  EPC light came on.

Flashed back to 0001 and no codes.  Really, really odd.

PRJ said the other day that the software revision doesn't matter and you can cross-flash fine.  I said I couldn't, and he denied me.  Well, here I am.  Thoughts?  I thought all ME7.5 pinouts were the same - it's like the different software is using a different pinout/board layout.

That's the one I've used and the car runs on 0002 but the above issues are a bit of an issue.  Maybe the sensor in the ECU is broken.
