I can't correct the shecksums with "Checksum calculator - EEPROM 95040" tool Undecided

Could anyone help me correct checksums ? Thanks!

Thanks, but some pages and bytes in your immooff.bin are different of my 95040.bin.
Is that a problem?

I think I managed to calculate checksum of my .bin.
Please can someone check it?
