Hi guys.
Somebody can help me to extract SKC from ECU dump? My dash have lost transponder from the key and i need SKC to match it back.

You need to pull the E2P and hope it's not encrypted

I was under the ussumption that the sks didn't help you program keys. That the key had to be already programmed from the dealer?

It depends on which car the 9.1 is in...  Golf and jetta up to mid 2007 just need a TP23, or CAN chip, whereas a 2006-2010 Passat you need to have all 8 bits of the component security data written to the key before you can program it.

Mk4 = no precoding needed
Mk5/6 = all precoded keys

** passats do not store immo data in cluster. It's all in ccm / ecu.

Also its 7 or 12 cs bits not 8.

skc + dealer key (precoded one) and your set
