Sounds like a transmission or power transfer problem?

When I think about it it could also be wastegate chatter, does the car stutter when this noise appears?

Me7logger please Smiley and just a typical log, just make sure that it at least have wastegate duty cycle.

But I mostly think it's transmission related.

Could you describe the sound more precisely?

Is at full load or part throttle and is it always at the same RPM in all gears or just one gear?

Do you have a aftermarket DV?

DV is original

the sound is as "valve tapping" and appear only on engine load after 3000rpm to aprox 4500rpm , pronunced on 3th and 4th gear on load

another thing, probably important, is i rebulid my turbo 1000km ago with a original borg warner core and china aftermarket hotside of turbo with wastegate and actuator

Then i would think it is your wastegate actuator that is bad, but that would also translate into some weird engine behavior.

So a log would confirm or deny my assumption Smiley

Could be a cv joint is on the way out. That would only show under load. Most of the times this shows with sharp steering, but I have had cv joints click hard on acceleration before. Would be a speed dependant sound then, not rpm related.

I thought that too for some time too, but that would be a "constant" noise and get faster with more wheel speed, not only present within a RPM band Smiley

Can't really hear much, have you checked if anything is loose on the engine/exhaust?
