got an ecu that works ok other than throws a cyl 1 open or short to ground. for the ignition.
also have a semi-dead ecu that appears water damaged in an area.

im looking to swap the ignition controller from the dead ecu to the misfire ecu. is this possible? im assuming theres a specific hardware part on the board that sends the ignition signal.

i wanna say its the 30397 chip 20 pin next to the front capacitor
