AUDI A4 S4 1999 me7.1 dead after boot mode on car

Hello everybody. I have killed a me7.1 ( 0 261 206 108 ) normally I go with boot on bench but this time we where in a rush. After try to boot no boot was made and now no diagnostic to ecu and no working car. I put new ecu on car and now it is ok. I have read the 29f400 and 95040 from replacement ecu put the dumps by programmer but original ecu is still dead. On original ecu 95040 was messed up. Some say that there is problem with supply to ecu but I think is problem with the files checksum. If any one can help it will be great.

Hello, found burned ic TC55257DFI-85L on the bottom side of ecu.

So you connected it wrong and fried it, that's all.

Hello to all. Problem was with the sdram chip. After change it is working ok. Case closed.
