S3 8l BAM after recovery in bootmode - faultcode AMP faulty
« on: May 09, 2017, 09:22:23 AM »
Hello,
at first sorry for my bad english...
I tried to flash a new software over OBD using Galletto. It stopped during flashing.
After this i get it out and recovered it by using bootmode.
It works now, the car starts and running. But I get some faultcodes:
control unit - AMP faulty
Speedsignal broken sporadically
Airbag-Crash-Signal broken sporadically
8N0906018BH
Maybe some of you have ideas !
Many thanks in advance !

Post here an ECU ID or a photo with your ECU to give you an Original file.

I've two maps.. the original i read before and the tuned map... i already tried both of them with the same failures.
i think there must be an other failure, one time i could flash over OBD and another try bricks.. than i have to
disassable and recover in bootmode...

Look for your original file, the original for your ecu hw number, and try to flashed again then clear fault codes with vcds or other tool.
It looks like it is not the correct software for your ecu.

Thanks for the original File...
The tuned one ist from a good tuner, the file works 4 month without problems so this is not a problem.
I wrote an speacialist and he told me that the hardware seems to be broken.
i will buy a used one and try this..
Many thanks i`ll sent feedback
