I'm sorry I may be hijacking but I'm very new here and this is the only way I could find how to post something. I'm not sure I understand how this works.

1. I download something
2. I buy a ebay cable (I know the type of cable)
3. I get sent an email with a file?
4. and I can tune my jetta?

Again sorry in advance I just need some help
