hi guys,
i was working on a seat cordoba cupra 1.8t and while writing it, it crashed 2 times!(about 70%)
its about a 6k0906032aa / 0261207071 / 29f400bb

i had no connection so first i bought another ecu and plugged it in with a stock file an it was running so i tried to write the file again en it crashed again..
then i tried the bootmode(the right way) in the car and on the bench but no luck. then i got a 10k resistor and still didnt get any communication.
i only have a kess right now at home and dont have anymore tools or ideas.

the odd thing is that the file came from an ibiza and this was already running in a other car. and the first ecu had a running file also from an ibiza but this was a stage1 and the new file is a stage2.

i dont have the tools to de-solder it and progam it again and the only thing i have is a vcds cable and the kess(complete with bootloader). so i have now 2 ecu to try more ideas.

hope you guys can help me with this!

have u tried writing with nefmoto?
have you tried reading the eeprom to check is bootmode works in general?
have you tried the with your cables serial in galletto exe?

I have seen kess once and its a pain with all the popups, turn ignition on, turn it off, turn it on.... you will never know when its time to turn on for the bootmode  Cheesy

I think its the flash was a BT because it stops at 80% 2 times. Im going to try with the nefmoto and cable tomorrow. And your right about the kess because it doesnt show anything. I read it with vcds and it says this-is-the-ram-progam.
