Hello all,
I've been trying to give the NVR Stage 2++ tune a try (MY2000 s4, tiptronic) and after trying forever to figure out why I was unable to see the attachments on the thread about this file, I finally found a download to it on myaudis4.com . However, it's for a m box which is 6 speed and I have a b box, being tiptronic. I should be able to figure out how to change the MAF coding for bosch and hopefully the ABS/ESP as well (my year didn't come with ESP) as that is covered widely on this forum, but my question is, is it possible to code the m box software to be used on a tip? I have not been able to find any info about this so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

** I have attached the file that my buddy who has been helping me with tuning has been using as stock (L-box modified to B-box specs) as well as the file I would like to convert.

I know you can typically use VCDS to recode between manual and auto... so you're telling me this isn't possible in this case?

Works with 4z7 and 4b0 ME7.1 files but not 8D0 files.

Ok, thanks so much nyet for the helpful input. Does anybody know where I can find the L-box file? I was literally up all night searching and reading through that thread to no avail.

Did you check the sticky in the ECU files section?

Just took a look at that, but that thread is for stock files.

What I am looking for is a tip version of the NVR Stage 2 file to play with.

If I’m not mistaken, the servers on this forum ran out of space and they had to take down many files at one point to restore space.

I’m assuming that is why I can’t see any attached files in this thread:

take the stock l box file and copy the maps over one by one. May as well learn how to use winols (or tuner pro) anyway. It will be a good exercise.
