Hi ,

I m trying to see what maps need to calibrate for a bigger TB (06E133062C part number ).

The car is an Audi s3 , with upgraded engine internals ,oem injectors, it is runing with intake runners deleted ,evap deleted , maf deleted (mafless ) and was runing good . Then we install the bigger TB and the car comes crazy .Let me clear it, at idle and while the car is at cold start the car was very lean 1.50 lamda after making some tweaks to FKKVS ,KLPBR and  KLTIKRPR now at idle and before the water temp goes above to 80 c degress lamda is near 1.05 , but when the car goes above that water temp it starts to make  iddle up and down from 900rpm to 1400rpm also the lamda is going up and down from 1.05 to 1.50  .At vcds  that behaviour is starting when at channel 32 the car starts to make adjustments(as long 32 is at 0 all is fine )...

At low load cruising all is fine and at wot all is fine also , but at idle it is not...

I m open to any sugestions feel free to ask for more info...

Thanks for guidance,
I assume that the 2 maps you talking about are KFMSNWDKVP & FPWDKAPP correct ?

( KFMSNWDKVP)  Is the mass flow that geting through the TB acording to throttle % that is opened .

But for FPWDKAPP i m not sure how it functions...

Im using 06E133062G in my golf6R.
I modified KLAF aka Alpha-N and KFWDKMSN aka throttle vs airflow.
Increase KLAF 30-50% and match Y-axis of KFWDKMSN.

Im using Eurodyne Maestro7.
I dont know whether it is correct or not,but my car is running good.

Same here also using Eurodyne Maestro 7 and added 30%. Car is running much better.
Will do more adjustments and see if it will run better.
