the car is skoda octavia 180hp .0 261 206 440 do you know anyone I tune for 1.5 over boost and  1.0 at red line. The problem is that never I see over 1.2bar.The the turbo is new with original wast gate. The question is....... need  other wast gate like forget???

MAF and N75 are new

Note: I do the next test.I disconnect the wast gate  hose then go to 1.7 bar and  I cut the pedal.

Note:  In other same  octavia but other ecu part number, I make same tunes   and  go at 1.6 over boost without problems at all.

Use ME7logger, upload us some logs along with the mod file and a map pack so we can see what has been changed and how the motor is running.

without this its hard to help.

If you are trying to command 1.5bar I would look into setting the wastegate cracking pressure a little higher.  If it is stock turbo I would be careful with that kind of boost.

you mean mechanical pressure of wast gate.I must turn the bolt of wast gate more to rise the mechanical pressure? or I use stronger spring??

If you are not maxed out in your adjustment then of course you have wiggle room to mechanically increase WGCP.  If you are unable to hold boost regardless of how much you set the rod then you will likely be looking into a stronger wastegate, which I don't believe you will require for 1.5 bar.  Again, bad idea on stock turbo to run this pressure for long periods of time.

wouldn't it be much easier if he just posted some actual data? rather than just assuming he needs more pre-load..

You need to post proper logs of you car to get an appropriate response as all the members suggested here. Btw what is the mileage of your car?

LDRXN
90,0000   108,0000   136,0781   145,6406   153,0938   159,6797   163,0781   164,5078   165,4922   166,4766 166,1484   165,0703   163,9219   159,8906   154,6641   146,4141

You are not commanding close to 1.5bar here. These values would be commanding closer to 13 PSI.   You should look through the wiki to see how to get an approximation of boost through LDRXN values.

read the stage 1 community thread, and also the s4 tuning wiki.

It's relatively easy to get a good approximation of load to boost - calculation is in the s4 wiki.

You also must re tune the PID related maps to control the overshoot.

please get logs, if you can't produce any logs you'll not get much more help.

As Dave is saying, have a read through the Wiki.  I can tell you at next glance of your new LDR values they are still coming short of the 1.5 you want to achieve.  If you want more help please do some more reading and put in more of an effort to reading through the resources available.
