FKKVS can be all ones. They are in all stock 2.7t files. All fine tuning is done in KFKHFM since it is assumed a return system is relatively linear, and the predominant fueling inaccuracies are from the MAF.
that said, there is more than one way to skin a cat. If you want to use FKKVS to fix up STFTs, there isn't anything inherently wrong with it.
So if one wanted more fuel in the higher rpms , raising the number in fkkvs would do that?
