Hello All,

my friend has flashed his Audi TT 2006 R32 with galletto via OBD.
It's ME7.1.1. After flashing, the ecu doesn't respond anymore. Then, he have read the ECU in boot mode, and the Flash is not touched (matches with the original via obd), and he got eeprom file.
The OBD tester doesn't communicate, the fans are starting, no check-engine lamp.
I think we have to repair eeprom.
I have tried to generate immo-off file but it didn't work.

May we ask you for help?

Its strange where the checksum area is on your immo read thats all.

When i do 7.1 i do the 95040 chip

i have attached 2 edits of your immo file with amendments and included one of my own from a 95040 read so you can see the difference.

Thank you.

Now we have put the different eeprom file found on the digital-kaos, the ECU is alive.
I have disabled immo and it runs fine.

Summary:
Flashing via OBD brickes ECU. Flash is not touched. Eeprom locks the ECU.

After several starts, I get 001537 - P0602 fault code. The engine doesn't turn, fault code don't want to be erased.

Any suggestions?

After several engine on/off, the P0602 is on the dash and engine ecu is locked.
Then after writing the same file (eeprom immo off from another car), the ecu is OK for several time.

I definitely need virgin eeprom file or 100% working eeprom for this car. It is not a deal with flash.

Some good guy told me, I have to update the ECU with the sgo file.
The sgo file didn't help. I definitely need to have original eeprom repaired. Can someone repair it?

Hello Marty,

thank you for the file. the car starts, but it says 2.0 petrol engine Cheesy
no mather. It would be fine if works but I suppose it will lock after 100-200km like before.
I have already tried with immo-off another eprom and it worked fine for 100-200km

i would really like to restore the original eeprom file

I had this problem similar in past, with mk5 r32.
This was related to winols making wrong checksums on this car, if I right remember (but this was on old version).
Writing ori once aggain in boot back, putting ecu on car, resetting adaption and error delete and car was fine.

Without resetting adaption and the error delete I had no sucess

This happens with original file, also to the new ecu.
Adaptation done, no fault codes.
And fail again
