Hey guys. Figured I'd introduce myself since I just joined, even though I've been reading for a while.

Ive been messing with things mechanically and electronically for as long as I can remember. Basically any consumer appliance you can think of, I've worked on, from computers to video game consoles, to treadmills, to phones, and countless other things.

I don't believe in throwing things away just because they stop working and aren't terribly expensive to replace. I'd rather figure out the problem and get it running again.

I guess the next logical step was to tinker with my car, lol.

I have an 04 A4 with the basically unsupported 3.0. Everyone says it's either not worth throwing money at or JHM is the only tune worth buying. But they don't even give a rough estimate of how much of a power increase you can expect.

No dyno runs, no before and after time slips, nothing. So I figured instead of spending $500 and just hoping for a change, I'd spend a couple hundred to dyno my car for a baseline, and then tune it myself and dyno it again when I'm satisfied with the tune.

Anyway, enough rambling, lol.

Can't wait to get tuning, and I promise I'll read and search before asking questions, lol.
