yes i have searched and read Every SINGLE last post on this subject and none of them have solved my issu

cable is Genuine
its in "Dumb" mode
tried 3 different ecus
both in the car and on my test bench...

tried both windows 10 and XP
they are all ecus that are on the list of ECU's tested and working

i dont know what to do anymore.
