I am a young man. I live in N.C. , USA. I want to learn how to install tunes, because I bhad an auto repair business. now i'm handicapped, cuz of a bad motorcycle wreck, and I want to learn how to tune cars.

I have everything except the tunes, and I don't understand them well enough yet to do it on my own.
