Hi all.
I have a 1.8t AUQ with stage 1.
I changed injectors with bigger from audi tt 1.8t 225hp with k04-023.
I made this because in few days will put on my car the k04-023 but first i went to know if car works ok with new injectors.
I made maps modification in my file on with audi tt values in :
KRKTE
TVUB
TEMIN
KVB
After these my car starts ok , but LTFT is higher in few minutes after start (with old injectors after 5 month from stage 1 was -8.5 and now is -11.Cool and the car lose some power it is not agresive like in the past it works more smoth.Lambda works ok between 13-15 and AFR is 0.8-1
What can be? Must mofidy KRKTE?

Since you copied the values from 225tt file to Krkte, tvub, temin, kvb that’s good but also make sure to copy over fkkvs. The other thing that will affect ltft is a slight boost leak so make sure to pressure test you system. A dirty maf will also affect your trims.

Do not Just copy FKKVS. Tune it properly with datalogs. You can also find the fkkvs fixer script here .Make sure that your maf and lambda sensors are healthy.

Thanks. SO is better to use fixer on copied fkkvs or mine?I dont changed the Maf it is 70mm maf from my auq.
the krkte is from audii file but i think it is calculated for MAF 80mm. Correct? So i must modify the krkte value too?

About fkkvs fixer i mult log only 3 variables: nmot_w,te_w,fr_w and nolra=7?
How long time and in witch gear must i make the logs?

KRKTE should stay the same if MAF is calibrated correctly.

Meaning that KRKTE shouldn't change if you scaled for a bigger MAF on the same injectors.

Understand this for the next modification with bigger maf.
But no i have my little maf 70mm from AUQ but injectors are from BAM and the krkte has value from BAM file , and i think the krkte is calculated for bigger maf and bigger injectors! Correct?

After 500km LTFT stopped to maximum -11.7.
I have a big problem with cold start with this big injectors.
In the night was -10 degree and when i try to start the car was -2 degree.
First key try car turn one tour and stop without sound to burn fuel.
Second key car turn one tour and stop without sound to burn fuel.
Waiting 5 seconds and tried 3rd and car start but few seconds not good running.
Can you tell me if i must modify some maps for cold start because i don't think it is necessary if i calibrate the new injectors in software.

You either screwed something up or you have a leak.

krkte is injector dependent only, not MAF.
MLHFM and KFKHFM are for MAF. Please reread the wiki.

Hi all
From 2 day i changed next items
1. replace k03s with K04-023
2. bigger MAF from audi tt engine code BAM ( bam injectors was mounted 3 month ago and was calibrated with maps).
3. wastegate kinugawa with 0.8bars spring and with 3 compleate turn adjustment (aprioximatly 2mm).

I left my old stage 1 file who works ok before except LTFT.
I changed my old stage 1 file with BAM maps :
FKKVS - from bam and the ltft stay maximum -3.1
KFLDHBN - LDR altitude limitation (maximum pressure ratio)
MLHFM - Linearization of MAF voltage
MLOFS - Linearization of MAF voltage minus MLOFS
KFMLDMN - ML: threshod for B_minflr diagnosis HFM/HLM
MLMAX - Maximaler Luftfluß für die Lastberechnung nach SAE J1979
KFMLDMX - ML: threshold for B_maxflr diagnosis HFM/HLM
KFKHFM - Correction map for MAF

Car start and works ok but if i want to run after 3000 rpm it make higher boost 1.4-1.5 bars
I made a log in 3rd gear (maybe log started with 2 gear ).
PLEASE waiting your advice.

You can't just slap a different turbo on and expect the ECU to know what to do with it, it only knows what to do with stock turbo on stock wastegate.

You need to calibrate boost PID to account for bigger turbo and stronger actuator.

Ways to do that is also found on this forum.

He ALSO needs to work out his LTFT issues.

Something is clearly amiss if he's hitting the trim limit (regardless of the fact that he didn't bother to tune for different turbos and wastegates)..

The whole thing is kind of a mess right now.

NYET , sorry but now the LTFT WORKS GREATE NOW with FKKVS adjusted.
I have -0.8 after 300km.
I think it is ok right now.Before with stage 1 and bigger injectors the ltft works bad with -11 -> 14 but now i ok.
