06A906032DL 1.8T mk4 jetta 5 speed xdf

This definition is for the 1.8T jetta 5 speed, specifically I used it for a Wolfsburg edition.
It's an extension of a DR that I verified to work with the DL and I added a few parameters cross compared from the HN with BeyondCompare.
I haven't tested it yet, but that will come within the next couple days.
I don't work with WinOLS, I won't be making a .kp

Still haven't tested it yet, had to do an emergency fuel tank replacement. Don't ask.
Updated it to include parameters required to do hard launch control
