I have a 4 speed automatic AWW 150hp 06A 906 032 GH. 06A 906 032 HF is an AWP 180hp tiptronic 5 speed automatic. The engines are identical, minus software and immo 2 compared to immo 3. If I delete immo and flash will it be ok? Or will there be a problem with the different transmission coding in the ECU?

It works kinda. CAN signals are not the same youll get codes youll need to copy the values from CANVERS, FMOTC, CWGC out of the aww to the awp file.

Will do. Think my problem is i bricked my original 06A 906 032 GH. Bought a 06A 906 032 LQ. I immo offed that ecu then flashed your file. I do have a backup of my original 06A 906 032 GH eeprom  immo-off. Should I flash that eeproom and your file or somehow change the current eeprom of 06A 906 032 lq soft code?
