Hi guys, many of you probably know how to do this but I decided to make this kind of "tutorial" for some of you that are looking for a way to do this. On EDC15 there are already many ways, but I haven't seen any EDC16 methods yet, so here we go:

1. Open your bin file with a hex editor in hexadecimal mode, and search for 32 14 B4 00.
2. Lookup the exact address starting from 32 and create a map with that address in 16bit.
3. Open the map and the number should be "5300" for EDC16.
4. You have found the Single Value Rev Limiter (which is the most common method for Popcorn Limiter)!

WARNING: Make sure to set this above your RPM on normal full-throttle runs, otherwise you won't be able to accelerate above that RPM and this is NOT dependant on vehicle speed. For launch control there are other methods.

Cheers, I hope you find this helpful and if you have any questions let me know.

The RPM might differ on a BMW, try different hex pattern. Or try one pair at a time while searching. Some cars have different limiters, 5300, 4800, 5500 etc
