Not that I have a way to write this to the car yet, but I am looking to start poking around in the binary to try and begin to learn MED17.1.62 for my RS3.

Does anyone happen to have the stock file for the newest gen RS3 or TTRS? Also, if anyone has an ols, I will pay.

Also, amount of tools is quite limited. You need X17, CMD or New Genius / Kess.

Can you point me to another forum maybe for the ORI or OLS? I'm a long way from trying to flash it anyway but thank you for letting me know which tools will work.

Thanks Marty. I will let you know for sure if I don't just buy one myself. Again, I'm a long way away from even considering writing a file to this car at this point.

Sharing the original is not an issue...I think i have all the ttrs sw versions until now. latest i had was 0006 from a car with 5.000km.

I have built my own map pack for those versions i had to tune however they are not so different - 0003 - 0004 - 0006 are almost identical in the calibration area and have just some maps re-located.

i can send you one version (partially encoded) cmd read.Can`t upload because of the upload limit of the forum

Now if you need a map-pack or a damos for this is another story and an expensive one.

Dimsport gives you full file when you do virtual read instead of the encrypted CMD shit.

Thats kind of frustrating with cmd but again if he needs only the calibration area this file should be fine for him.
