I have done an auto to 5 speed swap on a 2002 new beetle, all the mechanical and wiring is done. i am trying to find the standard counterpart to the current ecu. just looking around i have found lots of other info but havent found an exact match, probably just me and i skimmed over it somewhere.  Grin If anyone has or knows where i could find a original file any help would be much appreciated. 06a 906 032 GF its a 2002 azg 2.0l ??

Or barring that, what changes need to be made specificly to the original file to make it a manual? or can that even be done?
the file is http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=14601.msg117226#msg117226

If it will accept recoding from 1 to 2 the file supports both auto and manual.

I do not know offhand if that ECU # supports both, you'll have to try it.
