hello I need Community help to help me to find what is wrong about my AFR.
Airfuel was great before engine rebuilt, same tune same maf, same injector, fpr.

I have rebuilded with IE rods my 1.8t aww engine to replace my old awp.

Setup before engine rebuilt was :

-gonzo k04 hybride gttx-052
-stage 3 tune
-630cc @ 3bar
-MAF housing 3''
-3'' cat high flow
-evom fmic
-dv forge

some difference in my new built is:

-Turbo upgraded to blaast stg5 i(mpaller inducer 50.5mm - exducer 60mm)
-swapped wastegate actuator to garrett 12psi from gt28-gt30
-Ie rod drop in 19x144
-stock piston.
-resurfaced head and block
-1st ring gapped at 0.005'' x bore
-2nd ring gapped at 0.0055'' x bore
-all emission deleted but not delete in tune.
-Pcv valve deleted, full vent catch can.
-3'' cat gutted.
-stock head cylinder.

I know I will need a retune for my turbo, but I search why it run so rich, from idle, cruising, and wot. I got insane ignition retard too. I have done logs in second gear.

Including the evap canister?

Look at your fuel trims, they're not active, losing the evap canister and not coding it out will cause this at least.

thank for your answer !

I see with vcds, my fuel trim was alway zero, it is desactivate in the tune ?

And yes, evap canister in Passenger fender is removed. good to know it will cause that.

It will be custom tuned very soon

Do you have any open circuit codes?
