No, I don't.
4000 rpm, 250hp to 290hp. 16% power gain.
I'd say 16% is fairly noticeable and that's through the rev range.
Also, your statement about the stock tune bleeding after 5k is wrong too, it bleeds everywhere.
I did not cherry pick a run, there are cars that have ~20% gains.
My point being with Stage 2 there is a very noticeable difference already from 2500 rpm.
