me7_95040 Eeprom reading tool

Hello,
I downloaded me7_95040.exe from here, ECU is bootmode and Connection is ok but then it says "initializing Registers ... FAIL" closing COM2.
Anybody can help ?

Ok with adding Baudrate Argument -b 57600 it says "initializing Registers ... OK" and then Fails on "Sending Eeprom Drivers ... FAIL"

first of: why didnt you post in the existing thread?
cable with ftdi components?
tried mprog with your cable to check this?
which ecu?
better post complete log from doswindow
me7_95040.exe --bootmode -p 3 -b 57600 -r readout.bin
