Hello guys,
A friend of mine asked me if I can help with remap for his car :
-1.9 TDI AVB engine (101 hp)
-1.9 TDI AVF injectors (AR ones)
-1.9 TDI AVF Turbocharger
-1.9 SDI 68hp camshaft
-Front mounted intercooler
-Straight pipe from engine to back
-4 bar MAP
-Kevlar clutch + single mass flywheel
-5 speed manual

I managed to adapt injectors durations and bip maps. I also adapted 4 bar map but I'm not really sure if it's okay could use some advice.
Tricky part is adjusting the SOI, car runs decently low-mid rpm, but high rpm struggles to rise speed. No smoke, but consumption is pretty big. Is there any corection for consumption display to make also ?
Also a weird thing about this car, before any of this modifications were made : gears 1,2,4,5 car pulls, gear 3 car is laggy and lazy. What could be the reason ?
Attached is original file + my latest rework that I'm about to throw on car. At first I adapted soi after AVF maps, now I adapted after SDI maps, with little corrections here and there. EOI will be around 10 degrees at most (70mg@2250rpm).

Can you help me with some advices, I don't mind working my way until finish but I really do not want to blow the engine, therefore any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Hey guys,
The cam is actually from 2.0 SDI PD. The modded file has soi values from 1.9 SDI clasic diesel, which won't work well.
I just introduced 2.0 SDI PD soi maps and it revs faster, car pulls, I have problems with boost though that 4 bar map is not well calibrated.
