I need to read and write the memory ST10F269-T3 of a Siemens ECU, what (programmer/hardware) i can use to make it?

Its a Siemens VDO MSE 3.7R (dont have obdII port)
I download a file (post here) , is not my file yet, i will post my file here when a read the memory.

I find some maps, its possible that 030CA2 its a ignition map?, and maybe 030530 fuel map?, but i dont know anything about this file maps

I bought a K-Tag to read and wirte the MSE 3.7, but when i try to read show a message of comunication error, i saw a people with the same problem!

I don't know what else to do to try to read the ST10F269 memory. I've tried KTAG (original) and haven't read it. And I really need to read this ECU


Very difficult to find a programmer who really reads, even because there is not much information about ST10.
