Hi everybody, I am facing to a problem. A friend of mine bought a car and want to tune it. But the car is only readable via OBD but impossible to flash. So we opened it to flash it in boot mode and surprise the 29f800bb is socketed by a Dimsport KEY6100a. So I read the 29f800 and I got an encrypted file. Car is fitted with some physical mod and we want to mod the ECU but how?
I started to try to understand how the encryption works. It seem's that some byte data are swapped but seem's not to work on all the entire file.

Does somebody has any experience with this or any advice?
Best Regards

Desolder the riser, replace with chip only, flash to stock.

Was my idea but I don’t have skills to do it (I mean without burning the ECU). So I was looking for another solution

you have a problem with the adapter pinout, do a memory insert test, if each leg has a correct contact. I would read this ecu in BOOT MODE in your place, you will have the correct reading.
